Shipping & Policy Information
Flat Shipping Rate: $8.50 for continental US only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Charges Per Order: A shipping charge will be applied to each order, regardless if multiple orders are to be combined or made on same day. No adjustments will be made.
Carrier: Lady Emily uses USPS.
Delivery Time: Orders will be shipped within 5-10 business days, unless your item is out of stock. Total delivery time can be 7 - 10 business days from date of purchase.
Order Cancellation/Restocking Fee Policy: All orders which have been processed and shipped are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed or cancelled sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
• If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee before credit is issued.
• If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures above. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.
• All returns may be made within 15 days of receipt of the product and of course, products returned must be received at Lady Emily Cosmetics in re-sellable condition. All Cosmetic products such as makeup, perfumes, lotions, gels, etcetera, will not be taken back or refunded by Lady Emily Cosmetics if opened, damaged, old or unsealed in any way. Also, shipping will not be refunded and a 25% restocking and handling fee will be charged to the Client. Please note that Clients must obtain an Authorization number prior to sending back returned product. Such Authorization number may be obtained by having an order number and by e-mailing: email@example.com. Once such process is followed, refunds will be made in the same manner as original payment.
Lady Emily is not responsible for damaged or lost packages. This is the responsibility of the US Postal Service. We only make and sell the products, not deliver them. Please make your claims with your local post office.
• Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.
